Meet Butternut

This little orange fluff is a shy little boy but loveable and playful with the other kitten in the rescue. He was trapped a few weeks ago at a small colony and we have been working to earn his trust. He is now free roaming around the rescue and brave enough to come up to us while we sit on the couch. He allows coddling, petting and holding but he is still a bit shy. He is ok around the dogs and other cats, in fact some of the older cats love to cuddle and groom him since he isn't a crazy wild kitten. He has a very mild temperament and is learning to play with cats toys.

He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.  Please fill out an application if you are interested.
