Star was put out on the streets by her family. Not spayed and not able to take care of herself. A good samaritan brought her in and contacted Purrhaps It's Serendipity Inc. We brought her in even though we are over capacity and struggling for fosters. We just figured we would try and find a way.
Star is now in a safe foster home, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She was also full of fleas and has since been treated. She is warm and happy, and her personality is beginning to shine through.
Star has shown she really wants to be loved, she craves attention. She needs to be with her person, right up on you and gives head butts when necessary. She also likes to show her love for you by giving little love nibbles. Due to this, we think a home with older children may be appropriate but not babies or toddlers. Star also prefers a calmer atmosphere so a home that is quiet, not loud and busy, so no dogs for this girl.
